Why Did This Lawsuit Happen?
The lawsuit alleges that a targeted cyberattack on Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. in April 2024 allowed unauthorized access to files containing sensitive personal information, including names and Social Security numbers.

- Up to $92 for up to four hours of lost time spent responding to the breach ($23 per hour).
- A $50 alternative cash payment if you do not claim reimbursement for expenses or lost time.
- Three years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring, including:
- $1 million identity theft insurance
- Real-time credit monitoring
- Dark web scanning
- Public records monitoring
- Fraud resolution assistance
Important: Cash payments are subject to a $500,000 aggregate cap. If approved claims exceed that amount, eligible cash payments will be reduced on a pro rata basis.

How to File a Claim?
To receive settlement benefits, you must submit a valid claim.
You can:
- Complete the online claim form using the Login ID and PIN from your settlement notice.
- Or download a paper claim form and submit it by mail or email.
Depending on the benefit you request:
- Expense reimbursement requires supporting documentation such as receipts, invoices, or financial records.
- Identity theft or fraud claims require documentation showing the loss and its connection to the data breach.
- Lost time claims require a description of the time you spent responding to the incident.
