Baker Imaging and Northwest Radiologists data breach, you may be eligible to claim up to $5,000, receive a pro rata cash payment, and enroll in two years of medical identity theft protection.

Why Did This Lawsuit Happen?
The lawsuit alleged that Mt. Baker Imaging LLC and Northwest Radiologists Inc. failed to implement and maintain adequate data security safeguards, allowing a ransomware attack between January 20 and January 25, 2025 to expose confidential personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) belonging to approximately 340,184 individuals.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
You may qualify if:
- You are a living person residing in the United States, and
- Your private information was potentially or actually compromised in the Mt. Baker Imaging and Northwest Radiologists data breach that occurred between January 20 and January 25, 2025.
Individuals who received a data breach notification regarding this incident are generally included in the settlement class.
How Much Can You Receive?
Eligible class members may claim one or more of the following benefits:
Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses
You may receive up to $5,000 for documented losses or expenses that are reasonably traceable to the data breach and were not reimbursed by another source.
Eligible expenses may include:
- Identity theft or fraud losses
- Credit monitoring costs
- Bank, accountant, or attorney fees
- Postage and other expenses related to addressing the breach
Supporting documentation is required.
Pro Rata Cash Payment
All eligible class members may submit a claim for a pro rata cash payment from the remaining settlement fund after other approved claims and costs are paid.
The payment amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.
Medical Identity Theft Protection
Class members may also enroll in two years of Medical Shield Complete, which includes:

How to File a Claim?
To receive settlement benefits, you must submit a valid claim by August 19, 2026.
