$2,172 Estimated Payout – Seven Motor $2.67M Washington Pay Transparency Settlement

How much money can you get?

Eligible class members who submit valid claims will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund.

 

Estimated payout is $2,172.30 per person. The final payment amount may be higher or lower depending on the number of valid claims submitted.

 

Settlement Fund Details

  • Minimum settlement fund: $1,750,584.47
  • Maximum settlement fund: $2,665,000
  • The company will increase the settlement fund as additional eligible claims are submitted, up to the maximum amount.

 

Payments will be reported as 1099 income and are characterized as nonwage damages.
