Documented Losses: Up to $1,500 for out-of-pocket expenses like identity theft or fraud, credit report/monitoring fees, ID replacement, or postage. Losses must be incurred Nov. 1, 2024 – April 23, 2026.
Alternative Cash Payment: Flat $50 if you do not submit documented losses.
