You may be eligible if all of the following apply:
- You applied for a job in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 28, 2026.
- The job posting did not include the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits.
- The position was with one of the following companies:

- U.S. Fence Inc.
- MoistureShield Inc.
The settlement administrator will verify eligibility using the defendants’ employment records.
How much money can you get?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim can receive and estimated payment: $1,664.40
The final payment may be higher or lower depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
Key settlement details include:
- The settlement fund ranges from $1,481,875 to $2,250,000.
- Each approved claimant receives an equal share of the net settlement fund.
- No individual payment will exceed $5,000.

How to file a claim?
To receive a payment, you must submit a valid claim by July 31, 2026.
You can:
- File your claim online, or
- Complete a paper claim form and submit it by mail or email.

- PIN
Both are included in the settlement notice you received. If you’ve misplaced them, you can contact the Settlement Administrator to request your information.
Approved claimants will receive a paper check mailed to the address provided on their claim form. Checks must be cashed within 180 days of issuance.
