Christian Dior Data Breach Settlement

Claim up to $1,600 + free credit monitoring

If you received a notice about the January 2025 Christian Dior data breach, you may be eligible for cash compensation and identity protection benefits from a class action settlement.

Here’s what matters—and how to claim it before time runs out.

Why this lawsuit exists?

The lawsuit claims a cybersecurity incident allowed unauthorized access to a Dior database containing sensitive customer information, including:

  • Names
  • Contact details
  • Addresses
  • Dates of birth
  • In some cases, government ID numbers or Social Security numbers

Christian Dior denies wrongdoing, but agreed to settle to avoid ongoing litigation and costs.

Who qualifies?

You’re likely included if:
  • You are a U.S. resident, and
  • You received a notice (by mail or email) stating your information may have been impacted in the January 2025 Dior data incident

Two groups in this settlement:
  • Tier 1: Your Social Security number was impacted
  • Tier 2: Your information was impacted, but not your Social Security number

If you got a notice, Dior’s records indicate you’re a class member.

How much can you get?

Your compensation depends on your situation:

Cash payments
  • Up to $1,500 for documented losses
    • Must be tied to fraud or identity theft
    • Losses must have occurred between July 18, 2025 – March 11, 2026
  • $100 flat payment (Tier 1 only)
    • If your Social Security number was exposed
    • No documentation required
