- Subscribed to Willow TV, and
- Watched prerecorded videos on Willow.tv
- Between July 20, 2021, and September 22, 2023

How much money can you get?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim can receive a cash payment from the $850,000 total settlement fund.

How to file a claim?
To receive a payment, you must submit a valid claim form by July 21, 2026.
You will need the Unique ID and PIN from the settlement notice you received. If you cannot locate your ID and PIN, you can contact the Settlement Administrator and request them by providing your full name and mailing address.
