If you told Chapter Aesthetic Studio to stop texting you but kept getting marketing messages anyway, you could qualify for a cash payment from a $1.32 million TCPA class action settlement.
Eligible consumers may receive up to $55 per unwanted text message, with payments capped at $550 per person. Claims are now open, but you must file by June 11, 2026.
What happened?
The lawsuit alleged that ASP Aesthetics LP, doing business as Chapter Aesthetic Studio, continued sending marketing text messages to consumers even after they requested to stop receiving them.
According to the complaint, this violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), a federal law that restricts unwanted marketing calls and text messages.
ASP Aesthetics denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle the case to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.
Who is eligible?
You may qualify if all of the following apply to you:
- You live in the United States
- You asked ASP Aesthetics / Chapter Aesthetic Studio to stop sending you text messages
- You still received one or more marketing texts afterward
- The messages were sent between April 4, 2021 and February 10, 2026
In simple terms: if you opted out and they kept texting you promotional messages anyway, you may be eligible.
How much money can you get?
Eligible class members may receive:
- Up to $55 per qualifying text message
- Maximum payment of $550 per person
- Payments are capped at 10 qualifying messages
Your final payment may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
The settlement website estimates there are about 4,891 class members, which could mean higher individual payouts if fewer people file claims.
