If your Subaru’s EyeSight safety system didn’t work as expected — especially features like Pre-Collision Braking, Rear Auto Braking, or Lane Keep Assist — you may be eligible for reimbursement or a free warranty extension.
Why Is There a Lawsuit?
Drivers say Subaru’s EyeSight system didn’t perform properly — sometimes failing to brake or steer correctly, even when the system was supposed to assist.
Subaru denies any problems, but agreed to a $2.5 million settlement to resolve the claims.
