Splunk & Cisco $1.2M Washington Job Listing Settlement

If you applied for a job at Splunk LLC or Cisco Systems Inc. in Washington state, you may be owed money from a class action settlement. This is tied to allegations that certain job postings did not include required pay or benefits information.

Here’s what you need to know—and how to claim your payment before the deadline.

Why this lawsuit exists?

The lawsuit alleges that Splunk and Cisco violated Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act by failing to include required information—such as wage ranges and benefits details—in certain job postings.

The companies deny any wrongdoing, but agreed to settle to avoid continued litigation, costs, and uncertainty.
