If you received a notice about The Gill Corp. data breach, don’t ignore it.
A proposed $300,000 class action settlement could provide eligible consumers with up to $5,000 for documented losses, a cash payment from the settlement fund, and two years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection.
Why Does This Settlement Exist?
The lawsuit alleges that a cybersecurity incident experienced by The Gill Corporation (TGC) on or about June 23, 2024, potentially compromised personal information belonging to individuals across the United States.

TGC denies all allegations and denies any wrongdoing. However, the company agreed to settle the case to avoid the costs and risks associated with ongoing litigation.
