  • Do not ignore this recall. Even if your bus has been operating normally, an improperly installed seat anchor could fail in a crash.

  • Prevost will inspect and reinstall the seat anchors if necessary, free of charge.

  • Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Only authorized Prevost service personnel should perform the repair.

  • If your bus has already been inspected and corrected, you may be reimbursed under Prevost’s plan.
