Panera Data Breach Settlement: Claim Up to $6,500 if You Were Affected

If you received a notice from Panera about the March 2024 data breach, you could qualify for up to $6,500 in compensation — plus an extra $100 if you live in California.

Why Is There a Lawsuit?

In March 2024, Panera experienced a data breach that may have exposed sensitive consumer information — including Social Security numbers. A class action lawsuit claims Panera failed to protect this private data.

While Panera denies wrongdoing, the company has agreed to a $2.5 million settlement to resolve the case.

Who Qualifies?

You’re eligible if you:

  • Received a data breach notice from Panera
  • The notice said your information may have been compromised in the March 23, 2024 breach

If you didn’t get a notice, you’re not eligible for this settlement.
