What happened?
The lawsuit alleged that WISP, Inc. disclosed customers’ personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties through the Meta Pixel and other tracking, analytics, and advertising technologies without consent.
According to the lawsuit, these practices violated several privacy laws, including:
- The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA)
- The Florida Security of Communications Act
- The California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA)
- Negligence claims

- You are a United States citizen.

- Your purchase was made between Feb. 1, 2018, and Sept. 9, 2025.

Eligible class members who submit a valid claim can receive a $18 cash payment.

How to file a claim?
To receive your payment, you must submit a valid claim by July 13, 2026.
You can file your claim online or by mail. To submit your claim, you’ll need the unique Class Member ID included in the settlement notice you received by email.
