Numotion $4M Data Breach Settlement: Claim Up to $15,000

If you received a notice about the March 2024 or September 2024 Numotion data incidents, you may be eligible for cash payments and free monitoring services under a $4,000,000 class action settlement.

The lawsuits allege that Numotion failed to adequately protect private and personal health information.

Numotion denies wrongdoing, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

The settlement resolves claims related to two separate 2024 data incidents:

  • March 2024: An unauthorized individual accessed certain systems that may have included Private Information of former and current customers and employees.

  • September 2024: Unauthorized access to certain user accounts, which may have impacted personal health information.

The lawsuit alleges Numotion did not adequately protect this information. Numotion denies liability.
