What happened?
The lawsuit alleged that eSupplements LLC, doing business as Nutricost, falsely marketed certain Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate supplements as containing 420 mg of magnesium “as magnesium glycinate” when the products allegedly did not.
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if all of the following apply:
- You lived in the United States at the time of purchase.
- You purchased Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate supplements in either the 120-capsule or 240-capsule size.
- Your purchase was made between Feb. 1, 2021, and June 8, 2026.
- The product was labeled as Magnesium Glycinate with 420 mg per serving.
How much money can you get?
The settlement provides a $1,835,000 fund for eligible class members. Payments are based on the number of valid claims submitted, with a maximum payment of $19.95 per qualifying product.
Here’s how claims work:
- If you received a settlement notice with a Claim ID and PIN: You can claim one award unit for each qualifying product reflected in the sales records.
- If you did not receive a Claim ID and PIN: You may still submit a claim by mail and are eligible for one award unit total.
The final value of each award unit depends on the number of approved claims but cannot exceed $19.95 per product.

How to file a claim?
To receive a payment, you must submit your claim by August 7, 2026.
You can file online or by mailing a completed claim form.
- If you have a Claim ID, use the Claim ID and PIN from your settlement notice to submit your online claim.
- If you don’t have a Claim ID, You can still participate by downloading, completing, and mailing the paper claim form.
Approved claimants can choose to receive payment by:
