If you shopped at Dollar General anytime between October 10, 2016, and November 19, 2025, you may be eligible for cash payments or in-store discounts from a $8.5 million class action settlement. Here’s what you need to know to get your share quickly.
Why This Lawsuit Exists?
The lawsuit alleged that Dollar General charged customers more at the register than the prices advertised on store shelves, sometimes repeatedly, and sometimes for similar merchandise.
Dollar General denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation costs and risks.
