If you worked as an hourly paid or nonexempt employee for Live Nation Worldwide Inc. or HOB Entertainment LLC in California, you could be eligible for a cash payment from a $2.4 million class action settlement.

Why Did This Lawsuit Happen?
The lawsuit alleged that Live Nation Worldwide Inc. and HOB Entertainment LLC violated California wage-and-hour laws by:
- Failing to pay minimum and overtime wages
- Failing to provide required meal and rest breaks
- Providing inaccurate wage statements
- Failing to timely pay wages
- Failing to reimburse certain business expenses
- Committing other alleged California Labor Code violations
The settlement also resolves claims for penalties under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
You may be included in the settlement if:
- You worked as an hourly paid or nonexempt employee for Live Nation Worldwide Inc. or HOB Entertainment LLC in California.
- You worked between September 16, 2020, and July 11, 2025.
Some employees may also qualify as PAGA Aggrieved Employees if they worked during the PAGA period of October 24, 2022, through July 11, 2025.
How Much Can You Receive?
Your payment will vary based on your employment history. Eligible payments include:
- Class Settlement Payment based on the number of workweeks you worked during the class period.
- PAGA Payment (if eligible) based on the number of pay periods worked during the PAGA period.
Employees who qualify for both may receive both payments in a single check.

How to File a Claim?
There is no claim form to submit. If you’re an eligible class member:
- Confirm your mailing address is current with the Settlement Administrator.
- If your workweeks or pay periods appear incorrect, submit a written dispute by August 24, 2026 with supporting documentation.
- After the Court grants final approval, the Settlement Administrator will mail your settlement check automatically.
If you worked for Live Nation or HOB Entertainment as an hourly or nonexempt employee in California during the eligible period, you may already be included in this settlement. Since no claim form is required, the most important step is making sure the Settlement Administrator has your current mailing address so your payment reaches you if the settlement receives final approval.
