Why Did This Lawsuit Happen?
The lawsuit claimed that Renaissance Entertainment Productions, Inc. did not properly disclose service fees charged for electronic tickets sold through the official New York Renaissance Faire website.
The plaintiff alleged this violated New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4).

How to File a Claim?
To receive your payment:
- Complete the online Claim Form or download and mail a paper Claim Form.
- Use the Unique ID and PIN provided in your settlement notice for online claims.
- Submit your claim no later than August 24, 2026.
If you’re mailing your claim, send it to the Settlement Administrator by the deadline.
