According to the settlement, there are approximately 1,098 potential class members.
How much money can you get?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund.
Maximum estimated payment:
Up to $5,000 per person
The settlement fund ranges from $1,802,386.04 to $2,745,000, depending on how many eligible class members submit claims.
A few important details:
- If 549 or fewer people file claims, the minimum settlement fund will apply.
- For each additional valid claimant above 549, Delphinus Engineering will increase the fund by $1,716.96 per claimant, up to the maximum fund amount.
- Payments will be treated as nonwage damages and reported on IRS Form 1099.
- If payment calculations exceed $5,000 per claimant, any excess funds will be donated to the Legal Foundation of Washington and the Fair Work Center.

How to file a claim?
To receive a payment, you must submit a claim by July 28, 2026. You can file online using the Notice ID and PIN included in your settlement notice.

Claims are subject to a verification process. Payments will be mailed to approved claimants. Checks must be cashed within 180 days of issuance.
