What’s Being Recalled and Why?
Blue Wave is recalling certain above-ground swimming pools because a compression strap (also called a reinforcing belt) around the outside of the pool can act as a foothold.
This foothold may allow a child to climb into the pool unsupervised, creating a serious drowning hazard — even if the pool ladder has been taken away.
No injuries have been reported
