What happened?
The lawsuit stems from an unauthorized intrusion into Triage Staffing’s computer systems that occurred in May 2025.

Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if:

How much money can you get?
Eligible class members may choose from several settlement benefits, depending on their situation.
Ordinary Losses
Claim up to $500 for documented out-of-pocket expenses related to the data breach.
Eligible expenses may include:

- Credit freeze or unfreeze fees

Alternative Cash Payment
