Claim $1,582.50–$5,000 – Glacier Supply Group Washington Job Posting Settlement

If you applied for a job with Glacier Supply Group LLC in Washington and the job posting didn’t include the required pay or benefits information, you could qualify for a cash payment from a class action settlement worth up to $625,000.

Eligible class members who file a valid claim may receive an estimated $1,582.50 to $5,000, depending on the number of approved claims. To be considered, you’ll need to submit a claim by Aug. 3, 2026.

What happened?

The lawsuit alleged that Glacier Supply Group LLC violated Washington law by posting job openings that did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits offered for certain positions.

Who is eligible?

You may be eligible if all of the following apply:

  • You applied for a job with Glacier Supply Group LLC in Washington.
  • You submitted your application between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025.
  • The job posting did not include the wage scale or salary range, or a general description of all benefits for the position.

 

The settlement administrator identified approximately 250 potential class members using the company’s records.

How much money can you get?

Eligible class members who submit a valid claim will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund.

 

Estimated payment: $1,582.50 to $5,000 per person

 

Your payment will depend on:

  • The number of valid claims submitted.
  • The number of eligible class members participating.
  • Court-approved deductions for attorneys’ fees, expenses, service awards, and settlement administration costs.

 

The settlement works as follows:

  • If 125 or fewer eligible class members submit valid claims, the minimum settlement fund of $427,187.50 will be used, with an estimated payment of $1,582.50 per claimant.
  • For each additional valid claimant above 125, Glacier Supply Group will increase the settlement fund by $1,582.50 per person, up to a maximum settlement fund of $625,000.
  • Individual payments are capped at $5,000.

How to file a claim?

To receive a payment, you must submit your claim online by Aug. 3, 2026. There is no PDF claim form available for this settlement.

To file your online claim, you’ll need the Notice ID and PIN. These can be found on the settlement notice you received. If you’ve misplaced them, contact the Settlement Administrator to request your information.

After submitting your claim, be sure to update the Settlement Administrator if your mailing address or contact information changes so you don’t miss your payment if the settlement receives final approval.
