If you’ve ever had someone complain about hearing an echo during your hands-free calls in your Toyota, you’re not alone. A new class action settlement could affect you — and the good news is, no claim form is needed to benefit.
Why This Lawsuit Exists
Drivers alleged that certain Toyota vehicles came with a Bluetooth system defect that caused an annoying echo during calls. The lawsuit claims Toyota failed to disclose the issue, violating consumer protection laws.
Toyota denies any wrongdoing but agreed to a settlement to resolve the case.
