Infosys McCamish Systems $17.5M Data Breach Settlement — Find Out If You Qualify

If your personal data was exposed in the 2023 Infosys McCamish Systems breach, you may be eligible for cash payments, free credit monitoring, or a residual cash payout from a $17.5 million class action settlement. Claims are due by December 1, 2025.

Why This Lawsuit Exists

Between October 29 and November 2, 2023, hackers accessed and encrypted some of Infosys McCamish Systems’ servers in a ransomware attack.

The exposed information may have included Social Security numbers, financial account data, addresses, medical details, policy numbers, and more.

The lawsuit, McNally, et al. v. Infosys McCamish Systems, LLC (Case No. 1:24-cv-00995-JPB), claims that Infosys failed to use reasonable cybersecurity measures to protect consumer data and delayed notifying affected individuals.

Infosys denies wrongdoing, but agreed to pay $17.5 million to resolve the case.
