You may be included in the settlement if:
- You logged into the Duke MyChart patient portal or the MyDuke Health mobile app at least once

How Much Can You Receive?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim may receive a pro rata cash payment from the $3,743,600 settlement fund. The exact payment amount depends on the number of valid claims submitted, so there is no fixed payment amount available.
