Domino’s Pizza $1 Million Washington Job Applicant Class Action Settlement

If you applied for a job with Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. or King Beast Pizza, Inc. (both operating Domino’s Pizza locations) in Washington between January 1, 2023, and May 26, 2026, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a $1 million class action settlement.

Eligible class members do not need to submit a claim form. If you’re included in the settlement, it’s important to make sure the Settlement Administrator has your current mailing address so your payment can be sent if the settlement receives final approval.

Why Did This Lawsuit Happen?

The lawsuit claimed that Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. and King Beast Pizza, Inc. failed to include wage scales, salary ranges, and a general description of benefits and other compensation in job postings for Washington positions.

The plaintiffs alleged this violated Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act (RCW 49.58.110).

Who Qualifies for the Settlement?

You may be included in the settlement if:

  • You applied for a job in Washington with Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. or King Beast Pizza, Inc. (Domino’s Pizza franchise operators).
  • You applied between January 1, 2023, and May 26, 2026.
  • The job posting did not include the wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits or other compensation.

The settlement class includes approximately 2,065 applicants.

How Much Can You Receive?

Eligible class members will receive a pro rata cash payment from the net settlement fund. The exact amount each person receives will depend on the number of eligible class members and the final distribution of the settlement fund.
