Claim Up to $5,000 from the Revival Animal Health Data Breach Settlement

If you shopped at Revival Animal Health and received a notice about a data breach, you could be eligible for up to $5,000 — or a $40 alternative payment — from a class action settlement.

CommerceV3, the platform behind Revival’s online store, is accused of failing to secure customer data, exposing sensitive info like names, billing addresses, and credit card details. While CommerceV3 denies wrongdoing, they’ve agreed to settle to resolve the lawsuit.

Why Was There a Lawsuit?

A data breach at CommerceV3 allegedly let hackers access personal and payment information of Revival Animal Health customers. The lawsuit claims the company didn’t do enough to protect user data.

Although CommerceV3 denies any fault, they’ve agreed to a class action settlement to avoid going to trial.
