Why is there a lawsuit?
A class action lawsuit alleged that Cerebral Inc. shared users’ personal and/or protected health information with Facebook through the Meta Pixel on its website.

Cerebral denies wrongdoing.
The company agreed to a $500,000 settlement to resolve the claims.
