How much money can you get?

You have two ways to submit:

What you’ll need

Before you start, gather:

  • Your Claim Number + PIN (from your notice)

When will payments go out?

Payments will be issued after final court approval and resolution of any appeals. Timing can vary, but this usually happens months after the final hearing.
