If you received a notice from American National Bank & Trust (ANB&T) about a data incident on January 21, 2025, you may be eligible to claim up to $4,500 in out-of-pocket losses, a $50 alternative cash payment, or one year of credit monitoring from a class action settlement.
Why This Lawsuit Exists?
The lawsuit claims that unauthorized access to ANB&T’s network exposed sensitive personal information, including:
Names, addresses, and dates of birth
Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and government-issued IDs
Financial account numbers and/or credit or debit card info
Medical and health insurance information
Plaintiffs argued ANB&T failed to adequately protect this data, while the bank denies any wrongdoing. Both sides agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.
