Wipro Washington Job Posting Settlement: Estimated $1,401.64 for Job Applicants

Washington job seekers who applied to Wipro (or its affiliated companies) in recent years may qualify for an estimated $1,401.64 payout from a $8.55M–$13.16M class action settlement. This case centers on job postings that allegedly failed to disclose required wage or salary information.

Here’s the quick breakdown so you can see whether you qualify and how to file before the deadline.

Why is there a lawsuit?

Washington law requires employers to disclose a wage scale or salary range in job postings for positions in the state. The lawsuit claims Wipro and several affiliated companies posted openings without including this required information.

Wipro denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and uncertainty of litigation. The settlement is awaiting final court approval.
