If you received a letter notifying you that your information was involved in the Watson Clinic data incident discovered in February 2024, you may now qualify for cash payments up to tens of thousands of dollars, depending on your situation. Here’s what you need to know—and how to claim what you’re owed.
Why This Lawsuit Exists?
A class action lawsuit alleges that an unauthorized third party accessed Watson Clinic’s systems in February 2024 and obtained sensitive patient information, including:
Names, addresses, birthdates
Social Security numbers and other identifiers
Driver’s license numbers
Financial account information
Medical information and images
Some individuals had digital medical images published on the dark web.
Watson Clinic denies all wrongdoing, but agreed to a $10,000,000 settlement to resolve the claims.
