Veradigm $10.5 Million Data Breach Settlement

If you received a notice that your personal or health information may have been exposed in the Veradigm December 2024 data breach, you could be eligible for a cash payment or free medical data monitoring.
Filing is simple, the options are flexible, and the deadline is March 3, 2026.

Why the Lawsuit Exists?

The class action alleges that Veradigm Inc., a health care technology company, failed to adequately protect sensitive patient data.
In December 2024, a data breach exposed personal and health information—including names, dates of birth, insurance claims, payment info, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers—of more than 2 million individuals.

Veradigm denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle for $10.5 million to resolve the claims and compensate affected individuals.
