Why This Lawsuit Exists?
The State of Tennessee alleged that Metropolis Technologies Inc. engaged in deceptive and misleading business practices related to its parking services.
According to the Tennessee Attorney General, the company allegedly:
- Used unclear pricing and inadequate signage
- Provided misleading communications about parking fees and violations
- Made it difficult to obtain refunds
- Failed to clearly disclose pricing and parking terms
Metropolis denies wrongdoing, but agreed to an $8.75 million settlement to resolve these allegations and avoid further litigation.
Who Qualifies?
You may be eligible if:
- You have Tennessee license plates, AND
- You parked at a Metropolis-operated lot in:
- Nashville
- Knoxville
- Memphis
- AND your parking occurred between July 1, 2021 and January 6, 2026
