Why This Lawsuit Exists?
The lawsuit alleged that Tuft & Needle LLC deceptively advertised mattress discounts on its website, tuftandneedle.com, in violation of California consumer protection laws and related claims involving misrepresentation, breach of contract, and warranty issues.
Tuft & Needle denies any wrongdoing. The company agreed to settle the case to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.
Who Qualifies?
You may qualify if all of the following apply:

✅ You were physically located in California when you made the purchase
✅ The purchase occurred between Jan. 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2024

The benefit equals 45% of the discount Tuft & Needle represents you would receive on each qualifying mattress purchase.
