Tower Engineering Professionals Washington Pay Settlement

If you applied for a job in Washington with Tower Engineering Professionals, this settlement could put real money in your pocket—but only if you take action before the deadline.

Here’s what you need to know (and do) in a few minutes:

Why does this lawsuit exist?

This case—Hill v. TEP OPCO, LLC, et al.—focuses on how job applicants were treated during hiring.

The lawsuit claims:
  • Job postings did not include wage ranges or benefits info
  • Applicants were asked for their salary history

Both practices may violate Washington pay transparency laws (RCW 49.58.110).

The companies:
  • Tower Engineering Professionals Inc.
  • TEP Opco LLC
  • TEPDB Opco LLC

deny any wrongdoing, but agreed to settle to avoid ongoing litigation and provide compensation.

Who qualifies for a payment?

Here’s how it works:
  • Total settlement: $421,270 to $612,000
