If you applied for a T-Mobile job in Washington state and the job posting didn’t include a pay range or benefits information, you may qualify for an estimated settlement payment of $1,487.82.
The deadline to file a claim is September 8, 2026.
Why This Lawsuit Was Filed
The lawsuit claims that T-Mobile USA Inc. and related entities failed to include required wage or salary information and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation in certain Washington job postings, as required by Washington law (RCW 49.58.110).
T-Mobile denies any wrongdoing, and the Court has not determined that the company violated the law. Instead, both sides agreed to settle to avoid the expense and uncertainty of continued litigation.
The proposed settlement provides up to $2,137,500 to resolve these claims.

How Much Could You Receive?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim are expected to receive approximately $1,487.82.
The final payment depends on how many valid claims are submitted.
Here’s how the settlement works:
If 475 or fewer people submit valid claims, the minimum settlement fund of $1,409,027.25 will be divided equally among approved claimants.
For every valid claim above 475, T-Mobile will increase the settlement fund by $1,533.63 per additional claimant, up to a maximum settlement fund of $2,137,500.
No individual payment can exceed $5,000.
