What happened?
The lawsuit alleges that Sportsman’s Warehouse disclosed information about online firearm reservations and purchases to third parties in violation of Pennsylvania privacy and firearms laws, including:
- The Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act (WESCA)
- The Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act (UFA)
According to the complaint, the alleged disclosures involved firearm orders placed online for in-store completion and pickup.
Who is eligible?
You may qualify if:
- You resided in Pennsylvania
- You ordered and reserved a firearm online.
- The purchase was intended to be completed in-store
- The order happened between January 1, 2020, and March 13, 2024
To receive payment, class members must submit a valid claim form.

Eligible class members can receive a cash payment of up to $107. The final amount may vary depending on:

To submit a claim online, you’ll need the Unique ID and PIN. These were included in the settlement notice sent to eligible class members.
