If you booked airport parking online and were hit with a mandatory service charge, you may be entitled to cash from a $425,000 class action settlement.
This lawsuit says AirportParking.com and AirportParkingReservations.com didn’t clearly disclose service fees at checkout — which allegedly violates California’s Honest Pricing Law. If you were affected, now’s your chance to claim a refund.
Why the Lawsuit Exists
The class action lawsuit claims that CAVU eCommerce, which operates AirportParking.com and AirportParkingReservations.com, failed to clearly disclose mandatory service charges during checkout.
This allegedly violates California Civil Code § 1770(a)(29)(A) — a law requiring businesses to honestly disclose all charges up front.
CAVU denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle for $425,000.
