Sanven Technology Recalls Vevor Baby Swings Due to Serious Suffocation Hazard

If you purchased a Vevor Baby Swing this year, there’s an important safety recall you should know about. These swings were marketed for infant sleep and have a dangerous incline angle, which violates federal standards and may pose a serious suffocation risk. No injuries have been reported, but families should take action right away.

Sanven Technology is recalling several models of Vevor Baby Swings because they were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees.

This violates:

  • The mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products, and
  • The ban on inclined sleepers under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

Because of these issues, the swings can increase the risk of suffocation, which can lead to serious injury or death.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.
