Olympia Tools Recalls Pack-N-Stroll Utility Wagons Over Child Entrapment Risk

If you recently bought the Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon from Costco or Coho Outdoors, you’ll want to check this recall ASAP.

Olympia Tools International has recalled the product because it violates federal stroller safety standards and poses a risk of serious injury or even death to children.

The Pack-N-Stroll utility wagon was marketed as a handy, foldable carrier — but safety testing found big problems. An opening between the tray and sidewall could trap a child’s head, creating an entrapment hazard. The wagon also lacks a proper restraint system, increasing the risk of falls.

So far, no injuries have been reported, but the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the design violates the mandatory stroller safety standard — which is why Olympia Tools has issued a recall and refund.

This recall involves the Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon, sold:

  • Online at Costco.com and CohoOutdoors.com
