No Proof: RevitaLash, RevitaBrow $4.17M Settlement – Cash or $110 Voucher Available

If you bought RevitaLash or RevitaBrow lash or brow serums, you may qualify for cash and/or a $110 product voucher from a $4.17 million class action settlement.

Even if you don’t have proof of purchase, you may still be able to submit a claim.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

The settlement resolves a class action lawsuit against Athena Cosmetics Inc., the maker of RevitaLash and RevitaBrow products.

Plaintiffs alleged the company’s labeling and marketing failed to disclose material information, including potential risks and side effects of an ingredient in the products.

Athena denies the allegations and denies wrongdoing, stating the products comply with state and federal regulations.

Rather than continue the litigation, both sides agreed to a $4.17 million settlement to resolve the claims. The court has not decided who is right.
