Who is eligible?
You are a Class Member if:
- You are a U.S. resident, AND
- You were sent a notice stating your private information may have been impacted in the SouthState Bank data incident (around Feb 7, 2024)
You are not eligible if you are:
- SouthState Bank directors, officers, or agents
- Government entities
- Court staff or the judge’s family
- Anyone who validly opts out

This settlement has three benefit types:

How to file a claim?
You can submit your claim online or by mail.
To file online:
- Go to the settlement website
- Enter your Settlement Class Member ID / PIN (from your notice)
- Choose your payment option(s)
- Upload documentation (if claiming losses)
- Submit before the deadline
If you can’t find your ID/PIN, you’ll need to contact the settlement administrator using the official website or request it using your name and address.
Act before the June 15, 2026 deadline or you may lose your right to receive payment.
