Maximum Booting $2M Unlawful Vehicle Booting Settlement

If Maximum Booting Co. booted your vehicle in Union City, Georgia between June 15, 2012, and November 7, 2025, you may be eligible for cash from a $2 million class action settlement. This is your chance to recover money if you were affected by booting or paid to have a boot removed.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

The lawsuit alleged that Maximum Booting unlawfully immobilized vehicles in Union City parking lots. A boot clamps onto a wheel, preventing a car from moving. Plaintiffs claimed the company booted vehicles and charged fees without proper legal justification.

Maximum Booting denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle the case for $2 million to avoid the costs and uncertainties of further litigation.
