LexisNexis “False Deceased” Settlement — Claim Your Share of $13.5M

If you landed here from an email, here’s the quick version:

If LexisNexis Risk Solutions ever incorrectly marked you as deceased, you could be owed $150 to $1,000+ from a $13.5 million settlement.

Some people don’t even need to file a claim to get paid.

Let’s break it down fast so you don’t miss out.

Why This Lawsuit Exists?

The lawsuit claims LexisNexis wrongfully reported some living consumers as “deceased.”

According to the case:

  • These errors may have impacted credit, employment, insurance, or housing
  • The reporting allegedly violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

LexisNexis denies wrongdoing, but agreed to a $13.5 million settlement to resolve the claims.
