Who Qualifies
You’re included if your private information was potentially impacted in the Landmark Admin data breach that occurred between May 13 and June 17, 2024.
This includes anyone in the United States or its territories who received a notification letter about the incident.
How Much You Can Get
Eligible class members can choose between two types of payments:
Up to $2,500 — for documented losses (like fraud, identity theft, or out-of-pocket expenses).
