Greenridge Farm $3M Overtime Settlement — Late Claims

If you worked at Greenridge Farm in Elk Grove Village, IL between 2019–2022, you could still claim unpaid overtime wages.

Why is there a lawsuit?

The Illinois Attorney General sued Greenridge Farm, alleging it failed to pay proper overtime to workers at its Elk Grove Village facility.

After a joint investigation with the U.S. Department of Labor, Greenridge agreed to a $3 million settlement to compensate employees for unpaid wages and penalties.
