If you have or had a personal checking account with First Federal Bank of Kansas City and were charged certain overdraft fees, you may be eligible to receive money from a $300,000 class action settlement.
The settlement resolves claims that the bank allegedly charged overdraft fees on certain debit card transactions that were authorized when an account had enough funds but later settled when the account had insufficient funds.
First Federal Bank of Kansas City denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid the expense and uncertainty of continued litigation.
