Who is eligible?
You may be a Settlement Class Member if:
- You are a living individual residing in the United States
- Your private information may have been impacted in the February 2025 Endue Software data incident

How to file a claim?
To get benefits, you must submit a claim form online or by mail. You’ll need your your Login ID and PIN (from your notice). If missing, contact the administrator with your name and mailing address.
