You may be a Settlement Class Member if:

  • You are a living individual residing in the United States
  • Your private information may have been impacted in the February 2025 Endue Software data incident

 

Even if you did NOT receive a notice, you may still qualify based on company records.

How much money can you get?

This settlement offers three main benefits:

 

1. Documented Losses (Up to $2,500)

  • Paid from a $260,000 fund
  • May increase or decrease depending on total claims submitted

 

3. Medical Data & Credit Monitoring (2 Years)

All class members can enroll in:

  • CyEx Medical Shield Complete
  • $1 million in medical identity theft insurance
  • Monitoring for:
    • Health insurance ID exposure
    • Medical record number exposure
    • Unauthorized HSA spending
  • Fraud resolution support if suspicious activity occurs

How to file a claim?

To get benefits, you must submit a claim form online or by mail. You’ll need your your Login ID and PIN (from your notice). If missing, contact the administrator with your name and mailing address.
